TJ began his career in employee benefits insurance as a Sales Executive at Principal Financial Group. During his time there, he provided knowledge and expertise to help insurance brokers best serve their clients. After four years, he joined All Atlantic Benefits as a Benefits Consultant – a role in which he fulfills two of his passions: serving his community and helping business owners retain revenue. TJ’s tenacity and dedication are visible in his attentiveness and resolute attitude toward reaching the best solutions for his clients.

TJ was born and raised in Miami and moved back to South Florida after earning a degree in Finance at the University of Florida. In his free time, TJ enjoys golfing, writing and recording new music, travelling, and boating with his family and friends.
