John’s extensive history in the insurance industry begins with over 12 years of experience with UNUM Provident, a large specialty insurer. John has spent his entire career in the employee benefits vertical, bringing the perspective of both the carrier and the agent to the table. For the last 15 years, John has specialized in working with large employers in a broker capacity, where he focuses on innovative plan designs and stretching budget dollars. With his wealth of knowledge, John offers expertise in contracts, plan designs, and negotiations to all clients as the President of All Atlantic Benefits.

John is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s College where he was the captain of the basketball team. He enjoys visiting his extended Irish family in New York, and spending time with his wife and grandchildren where he lives in Lighthouse Point.
